Request deletion of your Fandooq account in the app or on this website. Review how deletion affects your data and bookings, then continue to verify your identity.
Continue to account deletionHow to request deletion
Select “Continue to account deletion” and sign in to your account. Verify your identity using the 4-digit code sent to your registered number, review the request and confirm your choice. In the app, find deletion in account settings. Providing a reason is optional.
Personal account data
Your request covers your profile, photo, favourites, preferences and saved guest details that are not needed for an active booking. Information associated with a transaction or legal obligation is handled according to the purpose requiring its retention.
Active bookings and refunds
Deleting your account does not cancel a booking, request a refund or remove your rights and outstanding obligations. If you have an upcoming or ongoing stay, unresolved refund or dispute, contact us to handle your deletion request while protecting your bookings and financial rights. A new account does not restore the deleted account’s bookings.
Financial records in Saudi Arabia
We retain the necessary invoices and sales, payment and refund records to meet legal requirements. VAT records generally have a minimum retention period of six years from the end of the relevant tax period; longer periods may apply to particular records or legal proceedings. This does not mean retaining all your account data.
Limits on retained data
Retained data is restricted to its stated purposes and authorised access, not account reactivation or marketing. Personal data must be destroyed when the applicable purpose and legal retention period end, subject to outstanding obligations or proceedings. Contact us to learn what applies to your records.
Cannot access your account?
Use “Contact us” and explain that you are requesting deletion of your Fandooq account. We need to verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send verification codes or payment card details to support.
